McQuay is an internationally renowned manufacturer of HVACR equipment. Working Principle
1. Lubrication: When the compressor is running at high speed, it reduces the friction and wear of metal parts (such as rotors and bearings), and prolongs the life of the equipment.
2. Sealing: Filling the internal gap of the compressor, preventing refrigerant leakage, and maintaining system pressure.
3. Cooling: Taking away the heat generated in the compression process through circulation, avoid overheating of components.
4. Synergy with refrigerant: Mutual solubility with HFC refrigerants (such as R134a, R410A), ensuring the oil flow to the evaporator and condenser along with the refrigerant cycle, avoiding oil stagnation affecting the heat transfer efficiency.

1. Excellent viscosity and temperature characteristics
High viscosity index: Viscosity index ≥ 120 (such as A oil 121, B oil 120), to ensure good fluidity at low temperature start-up, stable viscosity at high temperature operation, adapt to a wide range of temperature conditions.
Suitable for different models: A oil (ISO VG 32) is suitable for high speed centrifugal machines (such as WTC series), B oil (ISO VG 68) is suitable for low speed and high load screw machines (such as MHS/MCS series).
2. Low and high temperature performance
Ultra-low pour point: A oil pour point -46℃, B oil -39℃, to ensure the normal oil return under low temperature environment and prevent the evaporator from clogging.
High flash point: A oil flash point 258 ℃, B oil 270 ℃, significantly higher than the compressor exhaust temperature (usually ≤ 150 ℃), to avoid high-temperature decomposition and coking.
3. Chemical stability and purity
Extremely low acid value (<0.05 mgKOH/g), strong antioxidant and anti-hydrolysis ability, reducing the risk of acidic corrosion.
High purity: Water content <40ppm, low impurity content, prevent copper plating phenomenon and motor insulation performance degradation.
